The sound is diffused via the speakers in the room’s ceiling.
An HF mic can be used on the podium. (AA batteries)

150 people for a Cocktail event
130 people for a Walking/Buffet Diner event
80 people for a sit-down dinner

Pricing

You want to organize your event at 5 Grand Place?
We offer you a basic package including the rental of the house only.

Rental/Private function

2.500€ VAT exc.

The fee includes the basic sound and lighting package (see equipment), utilities, insurance, cleaning, a 5h/day event manager package and a 7h/day event security guard package.

This rate not include

Overtime for the stage manager and the security guard

Day of assembly/disassembly: €1250 excl.

Option

catering, sound/light/video upgrade, floral decorations, change of layout, reception and cloakroom staff, security guard, parking, MC/host, photograph, etc.
